Who we're looking for:
We're looking for a legal professional who is interested in working at the intersection of law, technology, and business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world legal challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to efficient and compliant business processes.
What you'll be working on:
- Conducting KYC and due diligence reviews of third parties engaging with the company in accordance with internal procedures.
- Receiving, reviewing, and responding to law enforcement and governmental requests while ensuring proper escalation and documentation.
- Preparing and submitting legally required reports related to flagged content and regulatory obligations.
- Providing day-to-day legal support to the business on recurring operational and compliance matters.
- Collaborating closely with support and development teams to gather information required for case handling and process execution.
- Maintaining accurate records, logs, and documentation related to KYC checks, law enforcement requests, and content-related reports.
- Contributing to the improvement of internal processes and compliance practices.
- Supporting the Senior Lawyer with assigned legal and operational tasks.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Law .
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in a legal environment.
- Practical knowledge of, or experience with: data protection and privacy, handling law enforcement and disclosure requests, content and platform liability matters, legal obligations related to reporting illegal content.
- Understanding of KYC, due diligence, and third-party screening principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, reliability and ability to follow internal procedures consistently.
- Willingness to dive into the details of day-to-day cases and operational processes.
- Strong English skills (B2 minimum);
Will be a plus:
- Master's degree in Law.
- Experience working with online platforms, technology companies, or entertainment-related businesses.
- Background in compliance, analytics, or accounting.
- Knowledge of Greek and/or Russian.
- Experience dealing with international regulatory or law enforcement matters.

Salary: from €1,500 net per month. The final compensation level may be higher and depends on relevant experience, skills and overall match with the role requirements.
