What you'll be working on:

  • Review and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or spammy content.
  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems users may encounter and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving User s engagement and content quality.
     
    What we expect from you:
  • The candidate must have EU work permit.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, B2 or higher level of English language proficiency.
  • Experience in customer support, content moderation.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations or users.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and social media.
  • Proficiency in using moderation tools and software.
  • Ability to work during weekends.
