What you'll be working on:
- Review and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
- Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or spammy content.
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels
- Provide accurate and timely information to users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical problems users may encounter and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving User s engagement and content quality.
What we expect from you: - The candidate must have EU work permit.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, B2 or higher level of English language proficiency.
- Experience in customer support, content moderation.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations or users.
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media.
- Proficiency in using moderation tools and software.
- Ability to work during weekends.
