Who we're looking for: IT Lawyer
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving key legal topics and helping to implement internal legal processes and best practices;
- Providing day-to-day legal support to the business and project stakeholders;
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and legal documentation;
- Managing corporate and HR legal routines (housekeeping);
- Supporting the business in identifying rights and obligations, minimizing legal risks;
- Creating internal awareness and understanding of legal aspects and upcoming regulatory changes;
- Monitoring relevant legislation (including GDPR, UK GDPR, EU AI Act, DSA, UK Online Safety Act,);
- Maintaining all legal documentation related to the product — ToS, platform policies, promo/referral terms;
- Performing due diligence checks of external partners in line with internal practices;
- Supporting the Senior Legal Counsel on all of the above and related tasks.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s is a plus);
- 3–4 years of experience in legal practice, including at least 2–3 years in the tech/IT sector;
- Solid understanding of digital product regulations, tech law, privacy, IP, platform/content liability, media, and consumer protection;
- Strong working knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, and global data protection frameworks;
- Familiarity with the EU AI Act, EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act;
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into legal solutions — and vice versa;
- Great communication and negotiation skills; comfortable collaborating with developers and product/tech teams;
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to dive into complex challenges.
Languages: Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level required); Russian and/or Greek are a plus.
