Who we're looking for: we are looking for a driven and proactive Affiliate Manager who can not only support partners but also actively contribute to business growth. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions, testing new approaches, and having a direct impact on the growth of an affiliate program, we’d love to meet you!
What you'll be working on:
- Onboarding new affiliates to the platform, including evaluating partner potential, moderating accounts, supporting launches, and establishing effective communication channels.
- Developing and scaling the existing partner portfolio, supporting partner growth and helping resolve operational and commercial issues.
- Designing and executing strategies to attract new partners, driving business development initiatives and expanding the affiliate network.
- Monitoring and analyzing key affiliate program metrics, identifying growth opportunities and risks, and responding proactively to portfolio performance changes.
- Selecting and preparing advertising tools tailored to partners’ needs, including ad formats, landing pages and creatives.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising solutions and implementing improvements to increase conversion rates and revenue.
- Working with analytics and reporting to optimize partner performance and the overall affiliate program.
- Providing day-to-day support to partners, consulting them and supplying all necessary information.
- Representing the company at industry conferences, affiliate events and meetings with current and prospective partners.
What we expect from you:
- Strong understanding of key traffic acquisition and monetization models, including RevShare, CPA, CPC, and CPM.
- Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise or similar solutions.
- Solid understanding of traffic sources, traffic types, and the affiliate marketing eco-system.
- Knowledge of advertising formats, how they work and the factors that impact conversion performance.
- Understanding of capping principles and basic anti-fraud practices.
- Knowledge of major performance marketing verticals and offer types.
- Proven experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, allowing effective communication with international partners.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Amplitude, Grafana or similar platforms.
- Experience using business development and competitive intelligence tools such as Similarweb, Semrush or equivalent solutions.
Will be as plus:
- Experience working with publishers or media buying teams.
- Experience attracting, developing and managing publishers within the affiliate industry.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Understanding of the dating or entertainment verticals.
- An established network of professional contacts within the affiliate marketing industry.

Work format: Remote
Salary: from €2,000 net per month and bonus system. The final compensation level may be higher and depends on relevant experience, skills, and overall match with the role requirements.
