Creators Acquisition Manager

As a Creators Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding talented creators and studios to our platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing funnels to attract high-quality content creators who align with the platform's values and target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with creators.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive funnel for acquiring new creators that aligns with the platform's goals and objectives.
  • Identify key target segments and niches for creator acquisition.
  • Actively reach out to potential creators through various channels, including social media, similar platforms, and online communities.
  • Engage with creators to understand their needs, showcase the platform's value proposition, and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and industry stakeholders to explore partnership opportunities for creator acquisition.
  • Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements with key creators.
  • Guide newly acquired creators through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
  • Provide ongoing support to creators, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between creators and internal teams.
  • Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, assess the performance of acquired creators, and optimize acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional activities that highlight the benefits of joining the platform for creators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer or creator acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and onboarding high-profile creators.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with creators, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty to the platform.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative strategies for attracting diverse and high-quality creators.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and support teams, to ensure a seamless experience for creators.
