German Speaking Customer Support Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints using available resources (ticketing system and live chat)
- Report bugs to the technical team
- Moderate website and content (photos, videos, Identifications)
- Ability to work in weekly shift cycles
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality and proactiveness with the ability to find solutions to daily problems;
- Very good knowledge of both English and German languages in written;
- Previous experience in Customer Service will be considered an advantage;
- Technical knowledge and IT background may be considered an advantage;
- Able to work legally in Cyprus without the need to obtain a work permit.
