Translations Assistant

The Translations Assistant is responsible for assisting the Translation Manager in organizing and managing all aspects of translation projects and activities.


  • Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all language/translation projects
  • Provide constant support to the Translations Manager in order to facilitate translation projects and attend to daily correspondence and inquiries
  • Participate in the development of translation policies and strategies and carry out the implementation
  • Explore, implement, and manage technologies that automate the production process of translations
  • Prepare reports as needed / requested by the Translations Manager


  • Fluent in English, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in project management/coordination 
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Will be a plus: 

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree (BA) in Translation, Localization, Languages
  • German or any other additional language
  • Experience with online and offline translation tools
