What you'll be working on:
- Team & Stream Leadership: Distributing tasks during weekly sprints, monitoring execution, streamlining processes, and providing structured reporting to the Head of PR.
- Creator Acquisition: Building and executing the acquisition funnel for top-tier creators and studios, entering challenging international markets (e.g., Japan, Taiwan), and identifying localized outreach channels and regional messengers.
- Base Optimization & Retention: Monitoring creator activity, running reactivation campaigns for dormant authors, gathering product feedback, troubleshooting content issues, and optimizing creator earnings.
- Negotiations & Partnerships: Leading talks with producers, agencies, and creators; identifying tailored motivators (traffic, revenue, platform features); and securing mutually beneficial terms.
- Analytics & Cross-Functional Work: Collaborating with analysts to pull and interpret data on revenue, posts, and engagement, and working with designers to produce effective creator mailouts.
What we expect from you:
- Experience: 2–3+ years in Influencer/Creator Acquisition, PR, or Creator Relations, combining direct creator outreach with team/process management experience.
- Negotiation & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility in talks with producers and talent, and a deep understanding of creator motivation.
- Hands-On Approach: Readiness to handle operational acquisition tasks personally while effectively steering team workflows.
- Self-Organization: Ability to manage high volume in tight timeframes, prioritize effectively, and present structured updates.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in working with metrics alongside analysts, reading conversion and revenue data, and making data-driven decisions.
- International Scope: Experience with global markets and awareness of regional nuances (especially APAC); fluent/C1 English for negotiations and daily business communication.
What we offer:
- No bureaucracy and flexible working conditions.
- Extended benefits package, including private medical insurance, tax support, language courses, professional education, and all necessary hardware.
- Relocation support: coverage of travel expenses for you and your family, visa assistance, and the first month of accommodation.
- A friendly, international team that values professionalism and open collaboration.
Salary: From €3,000 net per month. The final offer may be higher depending on your relevant experience, technical skills, and overall fit for the role.
