What we’re looking for:

  •  2+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
  • Strong sourcing skills across various platforms, from job boards to niche communities and professional forums;
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes rather than simply fill open roles;
  • Readiness to take ownership, suggest improvements, and actively contribute to to the development of recruitment processes.



Nice to have: 

  • Experience hiring internationally;
  • An English level of B2 or higher for interviews and day-to-day communication.



What you’ll be doing: 

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from vacancy intake to candidate onboarding;
  • Working on multiple hiring streams simultaneously across different functions, from Backend and DevOps to Product roles;
  • Conducting active sourcing through LinkedIn, AmazingHiring, internal databases, and alternative channels;
  • Interviewing candidates and conducting initial screenings;
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate expectations, and provide market insights and feedback;
  • Managing recruitment funnels and analytics, including conversion rates, time-to-hire, and bottlenecks;
  • Improving hiring processes and candidate experience;
  • Suggesting process improvements and helping us build a more efficient and scalable recruitment function.

Salary: starting from €1,300 net per month. The final compensation package may be higher and will depend on relevant experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
