Who we're looking for: Recruiter
What you’ll be working on:
- Running end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles — from intake to offer.
- Actively sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and creative outreach methods.
- Writing and publishing engaging job ads on relevant platforms.
- Screening applications, building a strong candidate pipeline, and keeping everything organized in the tracking system.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews (Zoom, phone, or onsite) together with hiring managers.
- Collaborating closely with hiring teams and contributing to the improvement of our hiring processes and candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–1.5 years of experience in recruitment (IT or tech roles would be a plus).
- Basic understanding of sourcing approaches and job market trends.
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, or other platforms for candidate search.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and hiring teams in a clear and respectful way.
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to try new tools and approaches.
- Ability to stay organized and juggle several tasks or roles at the same time.
- English at B2 level or higher — you'll occasionally conduct interviews and communicate with candidates in English.
It will be a plus:
- Familiarity with Boolean search and sourcing extensions.
- Experience using an ATS or any candidate tracking system.
- Interest in HR branding or creative sourcing campaigns.
- Experience working in fast-paced or international teams.
