Who we're looking for: We are looking for a Monetization Manager who will focus on finding new ways to grow product revenue and improve its efficiency. We need someone who can analyze current traffic and revenue sources, identify growth opportunities, and develop a monetization strategy.
What you'll be working on:
- Analyzing traffic sources, user behavior, and current revenue metrics.
- Exploring the connection between traffic, product, and revenue to identify growth opportunities.
- Working with ad monetization analytics, competitor benchmarks, and industry best practices.
- Understanding partner channels, cooperation terms, and finding opportunities to improve partnership conditions.
- Developing a monetization strategy and testing hypotheses.
- Working closely with managers, analysts, marketing, and partner teams.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in analytics, monetization, business development, or product analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Amplitude.
- Experience with A/B testing.
- Knowledge of key advertising metrics, such as eCPM, CTR, Ad LTV, etc.
- Good understanding of ad monetization, user behavior, and LTV/ARPU metrics.
- Ability to look at the product and business through data.
- Initiative and independence: many decisions will need to be made without detailed specifications.
- Willingness to experiment, suggest ideas, and validate them.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with high-audience platforms or content services.
- Experience negotiating with partners and building monetization strategies.
- Understanding of the social media and affiliate markets.
