Customer Support Specialist

Our project is a strong global service for streaming and media entertainment. We strive to create future-oriented, high-load products, a monthly service of more than a billion user visits, the TOP-50 traffic platform in the world, and the TOP-3 websites in our field. 

We are confidently growing every by X2 per year and successfully mastering it in different formats (as of the last - VR), implementing solutions based on ML algorithms, and developing experimental directions.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join the growing support team of our web-based entertainment project. The company offers an excellent working environment, a competitive remuneration package, and the chance to work for a developing international company.

Duties:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints providing the best customer experience;
  • Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues and identify trending problems;
  • Report bugs to the technical team.

 

Requirements:

  • Very good English skills;
  • Ability to work night shifts;
  • 1+ year experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role;
  • Perfect communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
