Who we're looking for: We are looking for a Product Designer UX/UI to help us design and improve web interfaces for both mobile and desktop users.
What you'll be working on:
- Designing interfaces for web products, including mobile and desktop versions.
- Improving existing designs based on research, experiments, and team feedback.
- Turning complex tasks into simple solutions, as well as generating and testing hypotheses.
- Using design solutions to improve key metrics across different parts of the product.
You’re a great fit if you can:
- Work closely with other designers, product managers, analysts, and developers — from concept to launch.
- Present and clearly explain your design decisions.
- Find reasonable compromises with developers to speed up feature delivery.
- Control the quality of interface implementation by developers.
What we expect from you:
- A portfolio with product design cases — we carefully review it before the interview.
- Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
